Default Hair Loss - HELP!!!!

Hello everybody,

I really need some help with this.
I have been losing my hair from quiet a long time now and I know it is due to PCOS.
This never worried me. Until now. I have notice that it is getting thinner on the side on my head.

I really need to know if there is some treatments out there which could help me.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hey Peggy! Welcome to soulcysters!

I am not sure but I think saw palmetto is suppose to be good for hair loss. I have the same problem, my parting seems to be getting widder and widder! I am going to have my hair braided for the summer, so hopefully I can cling onto some of it.

Try going to the hairloss forum or the alternative medicine forum, they will be a lot more help than I am!

Good luck and email me if you wanna talk

The only thing I have ever seen work is called Vivagen it's made by a company called Redken. It isn't cheap, but it will last for ages if you use it correctly. It works by stopping the calcuim building up in the follicle & cause the hair to fall out and starting the cycle again. I used to be a hairdresser, so I have seen a lot of things that are meant to work, & only ever one that has.

Hi!
I've heard that Nioxin is very good. I think that some of the women here used it. But the thing is you can find it only in some exclusive hair salons
I'm losing hair big time too and it really worries me. Please if you do find out some good treatment drop me a note
