Hair loss and herbs

Hey, I have always had a problem with my hair falling out due to PCOS. But know I am on Vitex, Chromium, evening primrose, fish oil, b-12, and saw palmetto and it seems like my hair is falling out worse now. Do any of these cause hair loss or am i taking to many and that is why hair loss is worse. I am scared, I can see my scalp. Thanks

how long have you been taking these? and how soon did your hair start falling out more?

I've been taking almost the same things you are taking, and my hair has increased shedding. I take vitex, EPO, saw palmetto, & a few others you are taking, but I am not consistent enough. I wonder if it is the vitex, because I started it probably a couple of months ago, and I have really noticed a big increase in shedding. I already have very thin hair as it is, and it is much worse and very distressing.

I know what you mean. My hair is really coming out. I really am going to be bald. I CANT HANDLE IT. I dont know what to do. I wonder if it is the Vitex?
