No, dear, there is nothing wrong with your nose. You are totally normal. We have tiny hairs all over our skin except our palms, the soles of our feet, mucus membranes. Everyone has these tiny hairs on their nose. Don't bother with tweezing them, no body else can see them.
And lots of normal people have visible pores on their noses as well. I do. Makeup can cover them, or you can just adjust to having them and not let it mess up your day. The second way is easier!

I also have large pores on my nose that appear to be blackheads. If the hairs are dark (some on the top of my nose are black and long) you can pluck or bleach. If they are light colored no one will notice them, but you.
most people might not even notice them... but if it makes you feel better then tweez them... get something like this... http://www.internatural-alternative-...source=froogle
to remove the black heads and clogged pores...
I have this too! I noticed it a few months back while I was plucking my chin and I saw a very thin black hair on the side of my nostril, looked closer and there was another one on the opposite side. I was horrified! I thought, for the love of God, not my nose too!!! (Also, I've had problems with blackheads on my nose since I was a teen, I'm 34 now. Ugh.)
I thought of plucking it but if I had never noticed it until sitting in front of a 10x magnifying mirror, I highly doubted that anyone else could see it either. I flipped my mirror over to the 'normal' mirror side and could barely see it.
I've mentioned this in another thread somewhere but I also have this crazy black hair that grows out of my ear. Not the inside of my ear mind you, but the part where you have earrings. It's half way between the top of my ear and the bottom lobe and it grows out of a pierced hole that I haven't used for years. It's a crazy little bugger too, I pluck it and it comes right back. I honestly think that if I left it alone it could get a couple inches long.
I have noticed this too, I use Biore' pore strips to help with blackheads and it pulls the little hairs out with it. I feel like mine are really noticeable, but I am really hard on myself anymore, so thinking everything is worse than what it is...

I once had one appear seemingly out of nowhere, right below my eye on my cheekbone. Like a half and inch long. I couldn't figure out how that suck grew so fast without me seeing it. AAaaaaaaaaaaghhhh! Out it came.
I once had one on my nose that was darker then the rest, but still tiny. I tweezed it at first, but I think I just don't concern myself about it anymore. That's one of the nice things about getting middle aged. You can start to laugh at this insane stuff our bodies do!
The worst was an arm hair once. I thought it was a head hair, a long one, so I tried to brush it off, and found out it was an attached one! Like four inches long growing on my arm! Where the hell did THAT come from?
And if it's any comfort, this sometimes happens to non-PCOSers, too.

I have very dark, but thankfully fine hairs on my nose. I never thought about bleaching them...should have as I bleach, laser, shave, wax everywhere else on my body!

I recently noticed dark hairs on the side of each nostril. I have probably had them forever. Dam those 10x mirrors!
