Default Hair regrowh but hair still shedding?

Hi everyone,
Just wondering if this has happened to anyone. I have lots of regrowth that I can see coming in at the crown and while I am absolutely thrilled to see some results I still am shedding. Not as bad as before but definately still more than normal. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm just hoping it will work itself out but obviouly I'm concerned that it won't stop. Just trying to see if this is "normal".
Looking forward to hearing your experiences!
Thanks,
Rachel

Typically you lose 50 to 100 hairs a day. When my hair started to grow back I had alot of "whispies" ( as my huband likes to call them) growing from the crown of my head also. I have very long hair so I am very aware of it when my hair is falling out more than usual. I have been using a combo of neutrogena shampoo, herbal essence conditioner for long hair and a rise of apple cider vinegar once a week. My regrowth has been fabulous. Now I think the hair that does fall out is just the natural amount that we shedd everyday. You have 100,000 hairs on your head so 50 to 100 is not really anything to worry about. Do you feel like your lossing more than that day? If you don't I wouldn't stress about it.

Well your hair has to shed in order to grow. If you're having regrowth you WILL go through periods of shedding. Out of curiousity what have you used to get your hair to grow back? So far Ive gotten the shedding to stop but nothing is regrowing!

Maybe I am just being sensitive to the "normal" loss but I don't remember running my fingers through my hair and it falling out every time! I am hoping it continues to slow!
As for what I use, I'm taking met (1000mg), spiro (100mg), vitamins...multi, fish oil, b12, biotin, magnesium (slow mag), and I only use Bumble and Bumble hair products. I've been using them b/c I figure I might as well be good to the hair I still have and it's really good stuff! I tried the hair loss shampoos and all they did was strip the color out (and I used color safe) and make it brittle. I definately didn't want that so I just try and really take care of what I have. Plus I am a fitness instructor so I sweat way too much every day and need to wash my hair often, sometimes 2x a day, but definately once a day. So B&B is mild on my hair. Also, they have a great line of "Thinkening" products and I will say they do work! I can feel the difference if I don't use them.
