Question Hair removal ideas

I am getting darker hairs growing on my upper lip and I want to know what is the best or most prefered way people deal with theirs? I have plucked in the past and now my eyes are getting bad and I cant see the stupid little suckers. Let me refraze that, I only see them when I look in the mirror in our car. With having three toddlers I cant see myself ever having the chance to go sit in the car to pull on these horrible pests. I am scared to do wax for fear it will hurt like crazy. Any other ideas? Please help.

Default I wax

Personally, I wax my eyebrows and upper lip every 4 weeks or so. Really it should be more like every two weeks but I just can't get to do it that often. I go to an experienced esthetician who does it. And yes, it hurts, but just for a second. Also, my esthetician puts firm pressure with her finger on the area she has just taken the hairs out and this lessens the pain. It is less painful that plucking if you ask me as at least all the hairs are gone in one shot. With plucking it is as if one is "prolonging the pain" by doing it one by one.

I never thought I would ever get waxed but I did and now I do it all the time.

Good luck!
