Nair, did not take off hair still broke out

ummm, wax strips irritate me and hurt like hell! have you seen the funny story posted here somewhere about a woman waxing herself shut? oh yes, been there, done that! if i do manage to pull thestrip right, it makes me bleed!

When you shave, do you shave with or against the hair growth? Okay, how this conversation ever started, I don't know, but one day I had a conversation about razor burn on my bikini line with a good friend who happens to be gay. I think it came up because he was in beauty school and I was asking about dying the muff to match the hair on my head (BTW - not a good idea). A few drinks later, he taught me how to shave with the direction of the hair to eliminate the razor burn. It takes a little bit more practice and effort to make it neat, and you need a good, sharp, fresh razor, but since I started doing that I haven't had any razor burn problems.
