Hi,

I just had the most wonderful year. My hair stopped falling out completely! It was because I had started taking Dianette. Previous to this I had been having rapid hairloss for 4 horrible years. But now it has started again, and I'm pretty sure it's not just a phase because it's been about three months now and it's falling out just like it did before. I'm still on the Dianette and I just knew it was too good to be true.

I was just wondering.. has this ever happened to anyone else?

Hi there...exact same thing...for about a year and a half, i was on Diane 35, and I saw a serious, although not complete, stop to my excess shedding. two months ago, at the very strong urging of my obgyn, i went off diane and on yasmin and spiro. every day, i lose about 50 hairs just in the morning when i wash and dry my hair and i cannot get over how thin it has gotten in just two months.

as a note though, there is a LOT of controversy about Diane/Dianette because it only has 2mgs of cyprotone acetate and the minimum dose considered effective is 50mg per day, so a lot of people think it is a scam.
