I have faith in GOD that everything will work out in the end.
we are in the process of researching ethiopia right now. the agency that is our top choice is childrens hope international. i wish i could be of more help, but we are also just in the researching stage. good luck to you!
Ethiopia is a good program but wait times are getting longer as more and more people choose to adopt from that country (think China). Haitit is not being recommended by any of the agencies I know of right now because of the extreme wait time. Of course this is all from a Canadian perspective, so if you're in the US your agencies could have an entirely different story. Make sure you ask lots and lots of questions!

God does not call the qualified. He qualifies the called.
A friend has been in the process of adopting a little girl from Haiti for over 2 years now. The problem is that each time a new government takes over (which happens quite a bit), the adoption process has to be restarted. The red tape and delays has been unbelievable. Now supposedly the Haitian government prefers that the child is adopted by the age of 3 because of language development etc, so my friends are hoping that they will finally get all the paperwork approved in the next six months or so.
