Default Happy but a bit shocked.

All

I just lost 3kg in one week. Although im happy i am a little freaked as you can imagine. Yep it was the same scales i always weigh myself on. Ive been on metformin for about 10 days and i have been low carbing but i ALWAYS low carb. I tried ringing my endocrinologist but he is on leave til nest week. Do you think i should be worried or just happy to see the weight go?

Duh i just realised i should really put this in the metformin thread.

thanks
Em

WooHoo!!

Congrats on the loss. Yes, it is quite alot, however my advice is accept it and continue with what you have been doing to lose weight. Your weight loss will stabilise as you go on.

What a great start.
