Passover starts Wednesday night, so I want to wish all the Jewish Cysters a "hag sameach" ( happy holiday). I love Passover, especially all of the songs you sing after the seder (dinner), and I hope everyone has a good seder (especially if you find family gatherings stressfull... I personally think everyone's so antsy cause they know they're going to be constipated for the next 8 days from the matzoh LOL )

So, "good yontov" to everyone. I'll be thinking of you all as I try to "low carb" my way through the seders.

Thank you and Good Pesach to you, too! I think this just may jump start me to drop the carbs from my diet. Lots of strawberries, cottage cheese, and brisket!
