 Happy side effect of NPC- Acne gone!
I started using Emerita Natural Progesterone Cream to help with my monthly cycle and to my surprise my acne cleared up!
If I start to get a break out I put a little dab of NPC cream on it then put 10% benzoyl peroxide on top of too and the next morn I am 99% cleared up. I get cystic acne so this was huge for me!
Whatever brand NPC you use make sure it says "USP Progesterone."
That should ensure it's quality as the real deal.
