menstrual like cramps w/out af showing up? Could the Met be causing this? I had cramps like crazy, I am a week late, and I justed can't start af. Is it the Met? I've been on ti almost a year and this has not happened before. I have skipped af but not with these horrible cramps.

Any chance of being pregnant? I used to work for family planning and the most classic symptom of pregnancy was when people would come in and say 'I feel like I'm about to get my period but it just hasn't arrived'. Worth checking if there's any possibility.

yes, i do that when i dont get my period. Get all the pains, but no period some months.
