Has anyone been able to lower testosterone levels by taking met? Anyone with success at bringing down their T numbers through met / glucophage?

My hormones seem a lot more leveled out since starting Met about a year ago.

Mine normalized too, but I had to drop some weight and add in exercise too.

mine have dropped, but not enough.

Metformin Mine dropped quickly from 119 to 40. (only two months!) Then we added Spiro and they dropped to 22, and stayed around there for three years. This combo has helped all of my PCOS symptoms, except the hair loss. I have started Flutamide (in June) and the hair loss has stopped. It works differently on the Testosterone. Good luck.
