 Has anyone else experienced this?
I am having a very strange period.
Let me start by telling what a normal period is like for me: usually I have major bad cramps and my flow starts slowly w/some red spotting at first and then it changes to brown and then red again and I usually have quiet a bit of flooding. It stays like that off and on for about 5 days and on the 4th day I have serious cramps again.
Well, this time, I started on time but I have had no cramping at all, I had a bit of pink spotting, and when I thought I was going to have bleeding next, instead, I just got a lot of mucous and a bit of pink/red tinge to it. I didn't even have to wear a pad, I wore a pantiliner for a few hours and it never even really got "used" . Since then (Thursday night), I have had either nothing at all or a bit of pink in my underwear and just now when I went to the bathroom, I had a blob of what looked like EWCM--no pink or red in it.
What is going on? Have any of you ever had a period like this? Am I starting menopause? I know I have PCOS (but have yet to convince a doctor) but this is very unusual for me. |
