Hi and thank you for your help in advance!
ive had pcos for about 3 years now and the dr prescribed 1500 met. ive been taking it off and on for the past 3 years more regularlly the last 5 months because me and my dh are ttc. about 3 months ago i found this terrific site and read about you ladies taking other things so i guess about june i decide to get a bunch of them and just try and see if they would help, well it did i got my af. so i decide to try another month..well nothing happened and the next month nothing..so ive kinda quit those. but i browsing some other sites one night and this dr. was talking about the subject and it was saying to control pcos to go organic and to take 2 things: N-acetyl cysteine and chromium picolinate. and my question is if any of you other ladies have tried these things and if yes, what was the outcome and if no, what other this do you recomend??

just to say your best bet is too speak to your doctor as many drugs and herbs can counteract metformin if you on it at the moment! xx sorry i cant help you though xx
