I've been using the shampoo for some time a while ago and truthfully nothing happened.
Since then I've switched to Nizoral (2%) because there are studies that proved it works while Nioxin, well... they say on their bottle that 9 out of 10 people saw a difference (but how do I know it wasn't wishful thinking?). I still use Nioxin on days that I dont use Nizoral (since you can't really use that daily) beucase I have some left over. Since I've started Nizoral and Rogaine I'm seeing some hair starting to grow back

Hope my experience is able to help you make a decision.
