Default Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Hi All,

I have had a pain in my hip that felt like it was in the actual bone for about a month - I thought that I had pulled something but it didn't get better until...
my Doctor put me on Metformin for the first time last week - 3 days in, the pain finally went away.

Has anyone experienced any kind of pain like this? It wasn't crampy it was literally a pain in the hip. After reading a few posts about tumors I'm kinda worried now

I've had hip pain on and off since probably age 12 or so. My mom said I had leg pain even at age 5 or so and missed a day of Kindie because of it. The doc said it was growing pains and I would outgrow it. I still get the pains either in my hips or legs.
