Smile Has anyone had reasonable success with laser removal?

I am about to start laser hair removal and have heard that in women suffering from PCOS, its not always as successful as you would like it to be due to the dormant hair folicles. I have tried electrolysis, but unfortunately, I can't bring myself to let it grown long enough for the procedure.

All I expect from laser is a manageable result that can be upkept on perhaps a yearly basis..... I don't expect miracles.
