Has anyone had success with the Pill to stop bleeding?
I am considering just hopping on the pill to stop this nagging spotting. Anyone had success with it? If so, did you use the regular pill or progesterone mini pill?
When I started taking the pill a few years back, it took about 2 weeks for it to stop my bleeding. I was bleeding for about 3 months. Of course I wouldn't recommend it for your only treatment for PCOS as it masked a lot of my problems, and I continually got more unhealthy and miserable.

Have you seen a doctor about it? I had that problem and the spotting turned into constant bleeding. I was put on the pill and it didn't really help. Turned out I had a poylp and had to have a dnc for it. Yea! after that no more irregular bleeding.

interesting. How long does a polyp take to form? I was pregnant in June and had a trans-vag and she commented how healthy my uterus was "no blood clots, polyps, cysts". I dont have pcos (hell i might now and dont know it).
You should really see a doctor if you aren't sure if you have it or not. If you're bleeding like that it could be a polyp (I've also had one of those and a D&C before.)
