Mitch's or Mitches or Mytches syndrome. It is a syndrome connected to PCOS.

I'm desperately trying to find some information for a friend. I've googled it and so far come up with nothing. Any insight would be much appreciated.

Yes, I agree. Perhaps they shouldn't have phrased it that way. But I'd imagine those with cystic ovaries might suffer more often than those with healthy ones...maybe. Mine are very cystic and I do get pain when I ovulate. Or maybe it's just coincidence!
