I'm not going through a clinic and I don't buy drops - I buy the actual HCG from an online pharmacy that most other HCG users buy from and they mail authentic HCG from an international supplier. I do this because the only way to get it in the US is by prescription only. I think mix it myself at home (with B12 and colloidal silver) - to be honest, when I was reading and researching...I though this would be SO difficult...but when the help of many only forums, and very helpful HCG users that I came across, it was VERY easy to do. I just had to purchase the supplies. This is the way that MOST people do it because it is so much cheaper than going through some clinic. For everything, it cost me a little over $150 for a 43 day round.

I just tried the HCG diet. I am one of the very few that had an adverse reaction. I did follow it precisely. I hope from the diet was yes to lose weight but the bigger hope fore me was that my Naturopath said it most often resets your endocrine system and that I wouldn't need to take hormones any more. That was the big hope! But, I got very ill on it. This doesn't happen to most people and I wish it would have worked for me. If you are thinking about this diet my Doctor ordered a CA125(?) It is a tumor marker for ovarian cancer. He did this to make sure I currently didn't have tumors or the tendency to get tumors. because he said that the HCG can hyperstimulate the tumor growth. So, If I were to start this that would be an important thing to do.

HCG good - yes for most people
Hope this helps - Julie
