I was wondering if anyone has purchased and read The Natural Diet Solution
for PCOS and Infertility . It is an e-book for $14.95 just released. They said it should be available in paperback format around the end of the year but the way they talk, it is worth purchasing now. I was wondering if there is anyone that has actually purchased and read it and if so, is it worth the money? Here is the link to it.

O have it and am slowly reading it. I like it and I think it does have some good info about balancing your how to balance your food - but I am only forty pages into it.

I purchased the The Natural Diet Solution for PCOS and Infertility book and am currently reading it. I'm almost done the "book" portion. The last part of the book is a sample diet (I believe it is 30 days) with recipes, etc.
So far I really like the book. They have done a lot of research and what they have found/say makes a lot of sense.
I would recommend the book (and posted a thread about it when the book was first released) to any cyster. Definately worth the $$. Hope it is still on sale on their website.
