Has anyone read "Living Well with Hypothyroidism"?
My Mom just handed me this book and I was wondering if anybody here has read it. Any reviews? Thanks in advance.

Yup! I've read it and I've visited Mary Shomon's site. I loved the book! So much more information than I ever knew!
That book helped me realize that my doctors didn't tell me sh*t about my condition and how to truly treat it! And, I've was diagnosed with it quite a while ago. It will definitely help anyone living with hypothyroidism to take charge of their health!
In other words, TWO HUGE THUMBS UP!
Check out her site, too. It's terrific. So is her free newsletter (email). She also has support forums. Truly wonderful!
