 Has anyone taken dexamethasone with clomid?
I am on my fifth cycle of clomid, but my first with an RE. I had a follicle scan yesterday (day 13) and was told I did not have any follicles maturing. So, I am going to take provera to have a period and then take clomid again with dexamethasone. He said that this sometimes helps women who do not respond really well to clomid respond better and ovulate. I am kind of worried about taking this because it is a steroid, and I looked it up when I got home and it looks like it can have some pretty undesirable side effects like acne, weight gain, and stomach irritation. I have never heard of anyone using dexamethasone for infertility, so I was wondering if any of you guys had any experience with it. Thanks!!!!
