Hi Ladies, I am doing a Gonal-F cycle and my Dr. just informed me that he wants to try this drug called (CETROTIDE) this cycle. This is suppose to stop me from ovulating prematurely. I have had 2 successful gonal-f /IUI cycles , unfortunately they end right after implantation and my Dr feels it could be that my eggs aren't mature enough for a successful preg. Have anyone else tried this and had a successful preg?

Hi,I have no exsperience in what you are asking! However,I think I ovulate to early too!And as a matter of fact I am glad you posted this!LOL! Right after AF,the week right after AF,I always feel like I am trying to ovulate.I have some pulling and twitching in my side(ovary area) and a little bit of CM change......so I don't know.....Do you have any signs of ovulating early? Aren't we suppost to ovulate 2 weeks after AF?

I've not heard of the drug that you mentioned however, my RE presrcibed Orgalutran for the same reason. It suppresses the LH surge (unlike Lupron which I understand suppresses everything). I am just in the beginning of my injection cycle and will likely start this needle on Thursday (CD 6).

I wonder if they are the same drug??

I don't know if they are the same but I got a BFP on 1/2/06 YAAAAYYY!!!!!!! So please pray for me that it sticks and good luck.
