Has anyone tried Body for Life?

I am reading the book and I am wondering if this program has helped anyone manage their weight. Would appreciate any input

I like Body For Life. I liked that it centered on weights which (for me) is a huge must in managing my weight. It also adds 6 small meals which helps manage my blood sugar as well. The only modification I made was instead of a Free DAY, I did a Free MEAL. HTH!

Just an update: still reading the book. I like the exercise plan it sets out. I don't like the food options because they are so meat heavy and because they only offer like 12 options or so. Hopefully I can tune this.

Also, that protein powder is weird. Don't think I'll be eating it.

Will start weightlifting tomorrow!! Hopefully I can adjust the exercises to a bowflex-like machine.

I love BFL, it's very "doable" and makes you stronger for sure!
