I bought the Low Carb Special K this weekend and I love it. There are 9 grams of carb per 3/4 c. serving, 100 calories, 2 grams of sugar and 10 grams of protein. I think it tastes really good. I was eating Kashi Go Lean crunch, but it has a ton of sugar in it...

I totally agree w/your mom Shannon. It's the only low carb cereal so far that I like (or can stand) and I agree it tastes better than regular special k, I don't even like that. It tastes already sweetened, and reg. spec. K doesn't, and it's especially good if you cut up a banana in it. YUM.

I had some last night as my before bed snack, and it's not bad. A bit sawdust-ish in texture, but the taste is pretty good. Nothing like regular Special K, though.

It's okay. I like the reg Special K better. But I love the Special K Red Berries.
