Default Has anywone used Kal Progesterone Gel?

Hello! I'm planning to start using progesterone cream/gel instead of taking those danged fake progesterone pills each month and ran across many different brands at http://www.luckyvitamin.com/

Kal Progesterone Gel - • Fragrance Free • USP Grade Progesterone• 500 mg Pure Progesterone per Ounce • Elegant Gel Goes on Silky Smooth

That looks good to me, but I was wondering if anyone else has used it with success? Is there a difference in quality between the creams and gels?

Thank you!!

I think the benefit of a gel over certain creams is the carrier. Some poor quality NPC use mineral oil - which can prevent absorption.

I just checked the ingredients for the gel and it uses parabens which are xenoestrogens (sp?). But I have a difficult time finding too much conclusive evidence about their estrogenic effects.

Parabens
