Hi,

Ever since I was a teenager, I remember that some nights, my feet would get really hot. Sometimes the bottom of my hands as well during the day. Has this ever happened to you? I am PCOS and insulin resistant so I am on metformin. I have been told I am not diabetic yet.

hi that happened to me ..it still happens to me. I found out that since i'm not very active the bottom of my feet burn at night, but when i'm active and get excersise in my system, like going to the gym or walking more regularly, that feeling goes away. its very important to be active..keep in mind as we get closer to our period our bodies also get hot

My feet tingle when I relax sometimes. I cant recall burning though. My hands and feet ache often. Sometimes so bad i cant hold on to anything tightly or I have to raise one foot when standing and alternate.

Burning feet can be a symptom of neuropathy so be sure to mention it to your doctor. I had it long before I was diagnosed as diabetic. I also have Sjogren's Syndrome which can cause burning feet.
