I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what it means. I am currently on my second week of my birth control pills. My period came as normal when it was supposed to. But The past 3 days I had brown blood in my underwear when I go to the washroom. What is this???
brown blood is "old blood." i have brown blood always at the end of my periods.

It's just blood! That's how my periods start and end

i would understand if it was at the beginning or the end of my period, but my period came normally and now its two weeks later, with no blood in between.
When just starting a BCP, or changing types, you can have odd spotting or 'break through bleeding.' If it continues after 3 months on the same type of BCP, or is enough that you get dizzy, call your OB-GYN.
