Question Has your TSH ever jumped 25 points in a month?

Well mine did...after having about 8-9 months with it running between .2 and 2.2 it suddenly jumped up to almost 26. The wierd thing is I have no symptoms of it being high at all. When I was diagnosed, I was at 27 and had the classic feelings of being extremely cold and exhausted (sleeping 12 - 14 hours at a time), etc. I have been on 175 mcg synthroid 6 days a week. The doc upped me to 200 mcg daily. My biggest concern is that I was just starting IVF so that is now on hold. In all the time I've had this (about 8 years now), I have never seen my levels jump so drastically. He did say that my T4 was good, so perhaps that triggers the symptoms more than the TSH does. What do you guys know? Please share your experiences. Thanks.
