Wink hashimoto thyroiditis and T-3 level

i had a question. i have pcos and hashimotos thyroiditis and my level of T-3 on my blood work was high, does anyone know what this means? i'm on synthroid. my doc lowered it but i'm wondering if that was right. she wasn't my endocrinologist doc. any information would be helpfull.
