Hashimotos Dx PCO in 1996, through infertility treatments I was able to give birth to triplets who are 4 1/2. I have been having some problems not being able to taste and went to my PCP. Did a TSH came back at .019, refered to endo. She did full panel, results like this:
TSH .33
thyroid perxoide antibody 280
other one was 58
T4 1.0
She said no treatment and I go back in 6 weeks. I am not able to take the pill, was having terrible yeast infections. She gave me actos with met to begin taking. Met gives me side effects, but this combo pill is great. She told me to take it so I don't get diabetes-I had never heard this before (was a thin PCOer before having children).
My testosterone was 73, could that be why I feel bad too?
Should I be getting treatment with these levels for the thyroid?
