My therpist set up an appointment to see a psychiatrist (Sp?) on 10-25, so a week from tomorrow. The weekend went OK. Still am not supposed to be alone and no pills or other weapons in the apt. I'm having a friend who is a cop stay with me tonight and tom. night so am in good hands. I had my yearly physical this morning and she thinks that meds are in order but would be more comfortable with me under the care of a person higher up to deal with mental behaviors. Hopefully the week goes by fast and I can be feeling somewhat better. Thanks for the support.
