hi i just have a question is vitex successful without taking anything like gluc or metformin or anything of that nature. because i hear of it working wonders for women but there usually taking on of these drugs. i ask because i am IR and my doctor wont give me anything because i'm not a diabetic and i wanted to know if i buy vitex would i be wasting my time without having gluc or metformin?

I am also curious about this. I am not on anything. But I did want to try vitex and I was also going to try dong quai since I have heard many good things about them. So I am wondering the same thing: if they are going to help on someone who isn't taking anything else.

It worked for me!!!

I took nothing but natural stuff. (Vitex, Dong Quai, Saw palmetto, Red Rasberry leaf, Fo-Ti and False unicorn root)

No metformin, no dexamethasone, just the herbal plan and I Oed on Cd 15.
