I gained a bit of weight while I was first trying to conceive, but I think you'd still conisder me thin (I'm 5'4.5" and was 125 lbs at my highest) however, I think losing that bit I gained (10-15 Lbs) and eating better has made my symptoms more mild.
I was a bit chunky in middle school when I hit puberty, but not heavy by any means. I got really self conscious about my weight around that time and have been thin ever since. I would actually say the thinner I got, the worse my PCOS got. When I was diagnosed I was the thinnest I've been since I was 15! I've been able to control my PCOS with an IR type diet, which caused me to gain a few pounds and get back to a healthier weight.

I think that is a great question too!! I have weighed about 15 pounds more than I do now, I have also weighed a bit less...but, I have never been above my "healthy weight range" for my height. I hope that helps!
I always been thin my weight was 110 but then i gained like 7 pounds
and my pcos started too get worse and i went too the doc and then she
did some blood test and she said i had pcos. i lost 17 pounds now i weight
100 pounds and i feel much better.
I have never been over weight either. I was diagnosed in 1998, and right after they put me on BCP i weighed the most... about 125. And then right after i started college i weighted my least, probably 105... it was sickning actually... i couldn't eat the food at college (yuck ) and didn't have enough money to eat fast food. I now weigh 112 and am 5'5", and am trying to gain about 10 lbs.

I was very, very, very skinny until about 3-5 years ago. I was so skinny that everybody was accusing me of having an eating disorder. I would eat non-stop, and it was all I could do to keep the weight on. To give you an idea, I'm 5'10", and I lied when I got my first driver's lisence - I said I weighed 120lb, when I was closer to 105 lb. I was very, very skinny. I'm sure that part of the reason I was so underweight was my crappy diet - I ate almost no protien for many years. I lived off of low-quality carbs and junk food.
When I turned about 25, I finally started to fill out and get some womany curves. I topped out at about 140 lb, which was on the thin side of perfect on my frame. When I stopped BCP a year ago, I gained 20 lb almost instantly. I was a little on the pudgy side for a few months, until I started Met.

I too was very thin for most of my life. Was diagnosed officially at age 27 weighing 100 lb (I am 5'2') Put on la litttle weight after both my kids were born, but exercised and managed to kep it to 115-125 lb.
At age 40, things started creeping up.....I did not watch my diet and stopped exerciseing. I weighed 146 lb, but have managed to come down to 135 lb through following IR diet and exercising. This only took 2 months! So I am pleased. If I could now just grow the hair back on my head I'd be a really happy camper!
For, me, pcos got steadily worse with age, and weight gain, increased cholesterol and IR.
The HL is a new symptom for me.
I've been thin my whole life. I've been 5'7" since the beginning of high school, during which I was having a fat day if I weighed 115. Now I'm at 130, and I think it's a product of my BCPs, eating out so much now that I'm on my own (I'm trying to cook more at home now, but for the past few years I've basically been living off of fast food!), and just filling out because I'm getting older. But I'm much happier now. I can't say what kind of effect my weight has had on PCOS, since it never fluctuated too much and before I was diagnosed and put on Met, I didn't pay attention to how my weight affected my symptoms, since I didn't know to look for that!
