Default Have you ever had surgery?

I was thinking about a lot of the threads I've read and it seems like a good number of us have had at least one surgery. I was wondering if there was a higher incidence of certain problems in PCOSers.

Wait for the poll.

No surgeries for me thank goodness! I'm scared enough of just having blood drawn.

I couldn't vote because there isn't a choice that fits me. I had uterine surgery, but it was to correct a uterine septum, not to remove the uterus.

Yes, I am no stranger to surgery. I have had:
2 on my wrist to remove a ganglion cyst.
1 Laperoscopy
2 Hysteroscopies
and I was asleep when I had my wisdom teeth removed. I don't know if that counts.

D&C, polypectomy, and biopsy. Thankfully all at one time not separately.

So far:
1) 2 D&Cs
2) Laparoscopic surgery to find/ remove Endometriosis

And a few minor procedures that I wasn't even sedated for. I figured those didn't count

I have had an appendectomy, tonsilectomy, my tubes tied and my wisdom teeth surgically removed. Plus a few years back I broke my ankle and leg and had to have a six inch plate with 6 screws in my leg and 2 more screws in my ankle put it. I may end up having to have the screws in my ankle removed later on, but for now that is it for me.

Three ear surgeries: tubes put in and adnoids taken out.
Tonsils removed
Wisdom teeth removed
Pylonidal cyst (bottom of my spine) removed

I think that's it.
