Post Have you guys heard of this?

Hey guys,
I am from the U.S but I saw this sight and its located in the UK and I was wondering if any of you know about it or have heard anything good or bad? It looks very interesting and I like how it is geared for PCOS. Any feedback would be great!!!!

Hi Abany

I haven't heard of vitaline but went into the site and felt very scepticle!! It felt like let's get on the band wagon of PCOS suffers, perhaps I am wrong.

We all know what we should and shouldn't eat and I feel we get great support from this site alone without having to dish out the money.

Perhaps someone else has heard of them.

Take care
Dawn

Thanks for flagging up this site. I saw the article in Best magazine. I too am a bit wary of people profiting from this condition, but I'll have a good look at the site before passing judgement!!

Couple of things.

1) The diet is no different to any other diet that your doctor would 'prescribe' you.
2) I can't see where it is geared up to PCOS, as all of us have different reactions to different food types.

The best thing I have found and keep with me at all times is the only pcos book avaiable in the shop.

Pcos: A womans guide to Dealing with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. By Colette Harris With Dr Adam Carey.

It is really easy to read, includs tips on dieting and exercise and a a-z about the condition, medications, herbal remedies and other problem we may encounter (like doctors!) I gave it to my mum as well and she has a much better understanding of what I have compared to when my doctor told her!
