Default have you seen this website? OVARIAN CYSTS

I just recommended this to someone else, and I thought I'd post it.

It's not specific to PCOS, but I thought the info was useful - anybody else? There's a section on phytoestrogens in particular that I tried to avoid while I was really struggling with cysts.

Anyway, not sure if the advice here runs counter to what y'all have read, but I thought I'd pass this info along.

Thumbs up thanks

Lucie ~

thanks for sharing the website ... especially the part about the phytoestrogens ... I knew that something was not quite right when I tried the Red Clover (which I stopped taking) ......

Hey -

You guys are welcome! I noticed after the fact, under "Causes", that there is a big section on PCOS, citing Dr. Lee who says that NPC supplementation can be of great benefit...

Anyway, glad it was useful!
