Question Have you tried.....
I'm still fairly new to all of this and even though I read the boards (which have helped alot), I've never posted. I was officailly diagnosed in January, but I knew for a while that I had PCOS. I am currently on 1000mg of Met. Its been ok and I'm losing weight. My question is has anyone used Traditional Chinese Medicine to help with their symptoms and help with trying to conceive? I have been reading a book called the Infertility Cure (can't remember the author right now). It seems like something to try 'cause it leads to a healthy way of living. I just want to see if anyone has tried it and how long did it take to curb your symptoms. Thanks in advice
