Please call or go see someone. Do you have a therapist or anyone else that knows what you are going through that is local? Please reach out to them. You need a physical presence or at least a real voice there with you.

Linny - is there a free counselling phone in service you can call? We have lifeline in Australia which you can call 24 hours and talk to someone. It's been great help for me.
