Hi Everyone

I'm really sorry but i'm dropping out for this 12 week challange. I'm just finding it an extra stress that i really could be doing without. Granny's death in Jan has really knocked me for 6 and things at work are more stressful than usual, and as i'm there 40-48hrs a week i'm just not finding time to do the things i need to do for me.

Hopefully i will have pulled myself round for the next installment.
