Default Having a dissolving Pregnancy (missed abortion)

Unfortunately, I found out today that my baby is miscarrying on its own. They call it a missed abortion where the baby just pretty much dissolves :-(
I am very dissappointed and sad but GOD has his reasons for everything. Maybe he/she wasn't healthy enough and he wants me to have a healthy baby???
I'm glad it wasn't an ectopic b/c I hear that they tend to reaccure.
I am going to ask my Dr to put me on Met so that it may take my miscarrage chance away.

Unhappy

I just wanted to say how sorry I am - and that your attitude is exceptional... having had several mc's it's been very difficult for me to find that silver lining. Again... I am so sorry that you are going through this... know my thoughts are with you,
Karen

I'm sorry to hear the sad news - I agree with dklbuckley, a good attitude, indeed! All the same, cry if you need to, nobody expects you to be a rock through all of it.

Remember you have you cysters here for you, too.

Take care of yourself *hugs*

Were you on Met when you miscarried all times?
I read that it really helps with pregnancy??

I was on Met when I miscarried. Met reduces the risk but doesn't catch everything. I still ovulated late on Met... if I'd ovulated on time it would be ok since the late ovulation is what caused a chromosomal abnormality.

If you got PG on a late ovulation or miscarried due to high levels of androgens then Met should help you...

Maschin (((((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))
I'm so sorry to hear about your loss.

I wouldn't beat yourself up thinking that if you were on Met, you might not of miscarried. I was on Glucophage XR (Brand Name of Met), and I miscarried too.

You have a great attitude believing that GOD has his reasons for everything. I agree with you. Hang in there.............

You and all who have mc are in my thoughts and prayers.

Default shenacat (or anybody)

I plan to go on Met but still take the 100mg of clomid. Clomid usually makes me ovulate on time. So hopefully this will be perfect timing and things will work out better.

Has anyone here go through a missed abortion (spontanious miscarrage) and move on to have a healthy baby after?

Need some reassurance.

I'm sorry sweetie. I have been watching your posts and hoping everthing would be alright. You have a great attitude. I felt the same way when I found out about my m/c. I already have a child with a disability and prayed for God to make the next one healthy.

(((Hugs))) I am sorry you are going through this. I know there are many women on this board that miscarried and had healthy babies.
