was having major problems with board

I had to create a new account just to log on! for a week I wasn't able to sign in because apparently my password was invalid (I cleared my cache and cookie files) and twice a day for a week I'd reguest my password e-mailed to me and not once got anything sent to me. As far as I can tell there is no Help section for the boards and when I'd e-mail the address attached to the "Contact Us" link they were all sent back to me. Can someone tell me what's going on? I would have liked to access the account I had for years

Did you check your spam folder in your email for the password email?

I did check my spam and there wasn't anything there
