Default Having problem sleeping could it be the supplements

I started taking zinc 50, vitex 500, vitamin D 400, Inositil 500 a week ago and since then I have problems sleeping. I take them first thing in the morning.

I have always taken a multi-vitamin, fish oil and Flaxseed.

Any thoughts

I have taken Zinc and Vitex before and I know what Vitamin D does. None of those should cause problems sleeping. If anything Vit D should help you sleep. I have no idea about the Inositil.
