You posted you got a BFP on 12/31 - were you 13dpo then? So the 4th you have been... 17dpo? That is a high number for 17dpo - I was only 897 (or was is 978?) at 17 or 18dpo with triplets.

http://www.betabase.info for average betas

You need a repeat beta - which it sounds like you are getting - and a scan around 28dpo if those numbers aren't dropping.

Like I said before... bleeding doesn't always mean the end.

Was your miscarriage confirmed by u/s? or did you just bleed? With my first m/c it tooks months for my hcg to get to zero and it was over 7000 at CD24 (not even 14dpo) I think high hcg can be a sign of something wrong. I hope you get good news!

Do we have a new number??? I hope it's good! If it's not good I hope it's definitively bad because the only thing worse than a m/c is being stuck in m/c limbo hell...

I'm rooting for you!!!

I'm so sorry.

I don't know if the "!!" after D&C indicates fear or what - you don't need to have one if you don't want to. There is no harm in waiting it out and retesting later, especially with a loss this early.

A D&C for a loss this early is like killing a fly with a cannon, IMO...
