Default head rush??

What causes a head rush? Low blood sugar? Or is it related to blood pressure?
I'm a thin cyster on Met (but not IR) and I've been limiting my carbs. Sometimes when I get up from sitting I get an intense head rush (especially in the morning). It can happem several times in an hour if I'm moving around.
Does anyone else have this? Is it some kind of warning sign?

Hypoglicemia (sp?). I know I am having a hypo moment when I get the head rush! And mine has to do with blood sugar. Try eating healthy snacks at regular intervals... don't go too long between meals with out a munch here and there to keep everything level.

Definetly sounds like hypo. Can you get your hands on a glucometer and test your sugars when this happens? If your sugars are consistently low, you need to increase your carbs slightly...definetly worth talking to your Dr about.

Good luck!

But have your blood pressure checked too, just in case. Low blood pressure causes this as well.
