Courtney,

::BIG HUGS:: WELCOME TO SOULCYSTERS! We are happy to have you here, it is a great place filled with lots of great people! You will find support, advice, encouragement, and wonderful friends here.

I wish I could help you out hun with your question...but I wanted to let you know that I get headaches a lot too, terrible headaches. Sometimes I get migranes and I get sick to my stomach and I have to sleep the whole day, it is no fun. I think that my headaches might be caused from tension, high blood pressure, or fluctuating hormones. I have never heard of headaches being connected with weight....I am sorry I can not help you out more hun. If your headaches continue you might want to see a doctor just to make sure everything is alright...plus, there is some great migraine medication out there...my medication has helped a lot!

Once again WELCOME! I am happy to have you as a cyster!

There are so many causes of headaches but I have never heard that they could be caused by excessive weight. It could be lack of sleep, or lack of good sleep, depression, anxiety, poor circulation, hormone fluctuations, certian foods, and the list goes on. Have you ruled out migraines and tension headaches as well as allergy headaches? I would try to pinpoint what type of headache it is by going to the doc and then you will know how to treat them. I know I get allergy/sinus headaches as well as tension headaches. Wish I could help more.

Heather
