I just started taking a gree tea extract supplement today. It is made by Tru Lean and is called Mira Tea. The main ingredient is green tea extract, but it also contains caffine. Over the course of the day I have slowly developed a headache. Could this be a result of the caffine?

Caffeine gives me killer headaches. I try to avoid it when I can. I get headaches from everything though. I sneeze and feel like my head will pop. I have tried multiple weight loss companies (herbalife, dexatrim, and the like) only to find out that I got headaches on all of that stuff. The best thing I have found is pressure point therapy. I get my DH to rub my hand in the right place or the bottom of my foot and I usually get relief. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
