Hello gals, I just wanted to drop in and tell my story of my psych issues. This past summer I began to have major issues with anxiety including shortness of breath and even going to the ER because I had chest pain and thought I was having a heart attack. I started to have really negative thoughts when I started on Lexapro with Xanax PRN. And every since my life has been one big psych mess. I'm on Cymbalta which seems to help some and recently was put on Abilify which is way too early to tll if it's helping. Admist all this I was wanting to get pregnant but I'm weary with all these psych meds in my system. I somewhat mourn the past six months of my life which should have been so enjoyable but instead I've felt locked inside my own head.
I hope I can find a good end soon to all of this and welcome any iinput!

Welcome. I think it's totally normal to mourn the loss of what should have been easier, or happier, parts of our life. I hope the new medications work for you--I have a lot of trouble being patient while things are being adjusted.
